NEWBURGH, NY -  The NYU-Poly Women's Cross Country team competed at the Mount Saint Mary's Invitational placing 14th out of 15 scoring teams.  Team captain Priya Chacko (Centennial, CO) lead the team, scoring 54th with a time of 25:57. Following her was freshmen Sharon McEnearney (Holmdel, NJ) coming in 63rd place at 27:25. Sophomore Marie-Ange Brumelot (Paris, France) completed the course in 29:44, despite injuring her ankle during the race. Freshmen Kaitlynn Snyder (Staunton, VA) followed closely with a time of 30:22. Running closely together and wrapping up the teams 5th and 6th place scorers were sophomore Kavita Bahadur (Queens, NY) and junior Denisa Lleshi (Fresh Meadows, NY), with a time of 34:58 and 35:10, respectively.
