ROCHESTER, N.Y.— Buffalo State's women's cross country team ended its season today, placing 27th of 39 teams at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regionals hosted by the University of Rochester at Genesee Valley Park.

BROCTON, NY—Buffalo State improved its standing one place from a year ago, placing eighth of 10 teams today at the SUNYAC Championships, hosted by Fredonia at Lake Erie State Park.

OBERLIN, NY—Buffalo State placed 19th of 30 teams in today's Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble, the final tune-up meet before the SUNYAC Championships.

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Buffalo State's women placed fourth of 42 teams in the Greater Louisville Classic Silver Race today at Tom Sawyer State Park, hosted by the University of Louisville.

ROCHESTER, N.Y.— Buffalo State finished 19th of 23 teams at the University of Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational and in the process got a preview of this year's NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship course.

 

FREDONIA, NY—Buffalo State finished third of seven teams behind SUNYAC-rivals Brockport and Fredonia in the wet weather and sloppy 6K course today at the Fredonia Invitational.

Buffalo State's men's and women's cross country teams volunteered at the Fleet Feet Run Into Buffalo 15K on Sept. 3. The event raises money each year for Shoes on Students (SOS), a program that purchases new training shoes for high school athletes.

GRAND ISLAND, NY—Buffalo State opened the season hosting the Daniel Walker Invitational today at Beaver Island State Park, placing sixth of 10 teams and was led by sophomore Sabrina Brooks (Highland Mills/Monroe-Woodbury).
