In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, plenty of volunteers have stepped up to the plate to assist in the clean-up effort and pitch in to help those in the deepest of need. The Fordham's cross country and track teams, which have a number of student-athlete from affected areas, dove in this week to assist those efforts. The team got involved in two major projects, one here in the Bronx and one on Long Island.
