Claremont, CA- On Friday May 25, 2012 at the 2012 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Claremont McKenna- Harvey Mudd Scripps Colleges in Claremont, CA, Katisha Simmons dreams of winning at Nationals fell short. In the 100m Dash, Simmons ran a 12.12 in Prelims finishing in 10th place. She was happy about competing at Nationals and hopes this is the start of great things to come. "I am proud of my season and though not happy about my results, I'm happy to represent Medgar Evers at the NCAA Championships. I can't wait for the summer to workout and get stronger in my events. I will be hungry for better performances next season."
