ITHACA, N.Y. The men and women of Cornell cross country continued the special century-old tradition of walking to Varna for the annual awards banquet hosted at the Varna United Methodist Church on Tuesday evening. Although snow and sleet fell outside, spirits were not dampened by the weather, as teammates, friends and family of the program gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of the 2014 season. A delicious turkey dinner set the stage for the awards portion of the evening.
