FIGHTING TIGER CROSS COUNTRY RUNNERS NAMED NEAC ROOKIES-OF-THE-YEAR Gansevoort, N.Y.: The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) announced today that SUNY Cobleskill cross country runners' freshman Evan Quinones, Saratoga Springs, N.Y., Saratoga Springs High School, and freshman Taylor Tommell, Guilderland, N.Y., Guilderland High School, have be named the conference's "Men's Rookie-of-the-Year" and "Women's Rookie-of-the-Year" by the league's coaches.
