The 2015 Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships will be hosted by Columbia this year on Friday, Oct. 30. The men's 8K will go first at 11 a.m., followed by the women's 6K at noon.

Both Columbia cross country teams are both ranked in the USTFCCCA polls heading into the Ivy League Heptagonal Championship.
