The St. Francis Brooklyn men's track & field team competed on day one of the 2013 Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships,highlighted by the 4x800 team taking silver in the event.

The St. Francis Brooklyn men's track and field team gears up for this weekend's 2013 Northeast Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships, hosted by Monmouth University at E. Murray Todd Track at Kessler Field. 

Junior Christian Cardy notched his personal-best in the Javelin, taking home second-place with a launch of 53.87 meters.  Fellow field athlete sophomore Johnathan Harrison placed in the top-ten in the Discus with a heave of 38.45 meters.

Juniors Michael Gale and Adian Ewart each took home silver medals at the Greyhound Invitational, hosted by Moravian College on Friday and Saturday.  

Senior Paul Gihuley took second in the 3000m Steeplechase while teammate Adian Ewart qualified for IC4A's to highlight men's track & field at Metropolitan Championships.

Junior Adian Ewart placed third in the 100m while the Terriers, as a whole,  move up in the Northeast Conference Performance list. 

Junior Adian Ewart qualified for tomorrow's 100 meter dash championship run at the Colonial Relay with the fourth fastest time. 

Seniors Akeem Brooks & Anthony Morales along with junior Adian Ewart and sophomore Sherwayne Kenton time of 3:19.41 is the fourth fastest in the NEC this season. 

Senior Joseph Gilhuley broke the St. Francis Brooklyn school record in the 1500m as he took home second place on Day 1 of the Fred Hardy Invitational.
