Nailya Nuralina was the top Baruch runner and recorded a personal-best 5K time of 20:40.25 in 24th place.

The women's cross country team picked up where it left off last season by winning the opening season 6K invitational hosted by the athletic department.

The team is open to all full-time (12 credits or more) female undergraduate (or graduate students, if eligible) enrolled at Baruch College.

The Bearcats won the 2012 CUNYAC Final for the team's third all-time title in conference history.

The department distributed various honorary and team awards, including plaques for each of the seniors finishing their outstanding athletic careers at Baruch College
